INSTALLATION OF 204 AUTOMATIC POCKET DOORS EQUIPED WITH THE E-MOTION LINEAR DRIVE IN A RETIREMENT HOME IN GRENOBLE, FRANCE

A total of 204 e-motion linear guides have been recently installed in a new retirement home in Grenoble, France. As part of their plan to build new retirement homes for senior citizens throughout the country (EHPAD or établissement d’hébergement pour personnes âgées dépendantes), the French developer GDP Vendôme has decided to equip all the sliding doors that communicate each room with the toilet, with a pocket sliding door from ECLISSE, combined with our e-motion linear drive operator.

Internal automatic pocket doors offer several advantages like space saving and user convenience, especially for senior citizens thanks to the automatic opening and closing of the door by means of a push-button.
