The transition of MOTION4 , formerly part of Linear Motor Applications S.L., to Hawa Sliding Solutions AG, became effective on October 14, 2025. This step marks a strategic milestone that strengthens the innovative power of both companies and expands the international reach of our technology based on magnetic linear motor systems.
This acquisition highlights Hawa’s strong commitment to further expanding its expertise in the field of automated sliding solutions. As part of this step, the new company Hawa Dynamics S.L.U. has been established, headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.
The entire MOTION4 team has been integrated into the new company. Ongoing business activities will continue seamlessly. All our specialists will continue to work from their current locations, ensuring continuity, technical expertise, and proximity.
